Absolutely recommend this builder and the subdivision ! Great floor plans , options and seamless process . Our builder Jay was transparent , met our needs ( and I am very particular)and delivered our home on time ! Coastal Mortgage went above and beyond to provide excellent service and made qualifying easy . Title company was super helpful and worked around my lunch hour to close ! The vendors were so easy to work with and the craftsmanship is excellent . We had a little snafo with my appliance selection and the purchasing vice president himself Keith Carter got involved to solve the issue and actually followed up on move in day to make sure we were satisfied . Our project manager Jay is also super knowledgeable and makes sure that these homes get built with the utmost care and it shows! During the hurricane none of the holiday builders homes had damage and I think that speaks volumes!!
