David Cannon was our realtor and he helped us look for and purchase our first home! We are so grateful we decided to go with him. He made sure we made a good purchase, he fought for us to make sure the house was what we wanted since it was a new construction. He did an awesome job at answering all of our questions and responding back quickly. I was new to home buying and have heard horror stories from friends about terrible agents. David Cannon was very professional. He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. My wife and I had a great experience with David and his team. Due to the housing market in Tallahassee on the north east side of town, homes go fast. David found the house for us on Friday night and he set up a viewing the next day (Saturday). However, David had Drill for the Air National Guard that Saturday, so he drove from Alabama just to show the house and drove back after showing the house at 6pm. My wife and I loved the house so much we had an offer in to the selling agent by 9am Sunday morning. The house had three other offers, but through David and his team at Eden’s discipline and due diligence we were able to get the house with three other offers on the table. I would highly recommend David and his team at Eden and Company. David, thank you for all your hard work and expertise.

The house sold, but not without added stress and frustrations. All the options were not presented upfront and seller was not well represented. Only was further action taken when it was time to cover the result of unprofessionalism by both buyers and sellers agents. Should have reported to the relator board. Would not wish my experience on anyone. Just glad I’m no longer buying or selling in Tallahassee.
