The staff at Eden Commons is amazing - they always go above and beyond to make sure your home is well cared for. I always recommend EC to anyone I know who is looking for a new place!

Staff is excellent here. They greet me by name since I moved here mid-March. The place is clean and they are timely in their responses to my questions. The area is quiet & I Would highly recommend living here.

Very nice apartments, clean and spacious, the entrances are also very clean and have a pleasant smell. The area is well maintained, there is a good swimming pool and a gym. The management team is great, Ricardo and Adahn were always ready to answer any questions quickly, we are very glad that we now live here!

Like how they welcome us. The apartment was partially cleaned, but they cleaned right after we asked them to clean more. Highly active and friendly maintenance staff. They resolve problem in Like blink of an eye. I love to stay at my apartment. Apartments are very safe and clean. They clean the snow very quickly and also have recycled bins available, which is a plus one. I have just a couple of concerns, like the small size of the dishwasher and cabinets, which seems very old and not maintained.

We lived in the Ceder design in the building 9. Among my stay in 7 apartments, so far this was the best experience. The apartment itself was clean full of natural light. The whole area was very well maintained. And most importantly the management and maintenance team was the best.
