EDE Apartments

EDE Apartments is hands down the best-managed community I’ve experienced. I reported one exterior maintenance issue and management responded by addressing every building, not just mine. That’s proactive leadership. A difficult neighbor situation was handled quickly and decisively, restoring peace to the floor. The amenities are beautiful. The pool, clubhouse, and thoughtfully planned monthly events truly elevate the community. Add EV charging, a professional atmosphere, and a management team that genuinely leads, and this is a true luxury apartment experience in Frederick, MD.

Where to begin... I have lived at EDE for a year now and can't really think of anywhere else our family would rather call home. EDE was the easiest part of the moving process. Zuly was incredible during our initial tour and was what really sold us on giving EDE an opportunity. Staff: Zuly, Colin, Monica, and Joelle have all been amazing. It feels like they genuinely care about any concerns you may have or questions that you need answering and actively listen to you instead of treating you as another monthly rent payment. When it comes to inclement weather it's handled with thorough communication and they do a solid job with snow removal. This is absolutely fabulously community. From the welcoming decor in the main office to the modern design of the apartments, everything says make here your home. I recently went for a tour and our agent Bret was amazing. He took his time, gave us a detailed tour of all the community amenities, and provided us with a lot of helpful home tips which should allow living here a breeze. A truly MR. PHENOMENAL. I can’t wait to call here home soon. EDE is amongst if not a the top in Frederick!

Beautiful interior. Great layout. Lots of closet space. Very quiet. Super dog friendly and so far all the neighbors are very responsible dog owners. Neighbors are all friendly and courteous to each other. The pool was a great hangout this summer. The office staff are super helpful and always professional. They organize community events throughout the month. Reliable WiFi at 290Mbps! Utilities are dirt cheap. Did I mention the dog spa with full dog sinks and dryers?

I’ve never written a review before, but I felt I had to after my experience at EDE. Zuly was an amazing tour guide patient, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had. She truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her for that. On move in day, Colin was just as great. He greeted us with genuine excitement and made the whole process super easy.
