We have found Ed Cline Appraisals to be very professional and efficient. Ed is definitely a leader and very proficient in appraisal services. His staff are friendly and keep operations running smoothly. We would also highly recommend Dan Pauline. Dan goes above and beyond in his services as well as being very thorough and patient in addressing any questions and concerns. Great source for all appraisal needs!

Horrible, horrible experience with this appraiser. I wish I could give zero stars. I scheduled an appraisal and the appraiser was a no show at the first appointment, and then 45 minutes late to the rescheduled appointment a few days later. I did receive the report in a timely manner but the number came back at far less than the home had appraised for just one year prior at the *time of sale* and AFTER $160k worth of investment! It makes no justifiable sense and would not be defensible in court. I emailed Ed Cline within the week after receiving the report expressing my concerns and asking for a review by someone else on the team. Horrible. There should be a negative review option! One of their appraisers (Dan P.) appraised my widowed mothers home. The report stated electric heat while the home uses natural gas, they valued the garage at $10k and it cost $32k to build 4 years prior, called the four seasons room a porch, and used comparable homes that shared no resemblance to the home being appraised. The comparable homes were sold over 3 years ago, had less bedrooms and 50% less acreage. After discussions with the appraiser, they would not modify the report -appraised value by Ed Kline was $210k. Knowing the report was inaccurate, my family paid for a second report and the home appraised at $295k. The buyer had the home appraised and their report was $305k. If I could give e 6 stars I would. This team has been wonderful to work with. They helped appraise so many houses for me over the years and I been saying "wow". This team Ed Cline has under there wing is amazing, especially Julie. She has gone to the moon for me and I'll keep referring them to everyone I know. Thanks.

What a great experience! Stopped by and met the team to learn about there business and couldn’t have felt more welcome! The weird thing is at one point I actually rented from them!! I remember then and same expierce I just recently had! Very professional and actually for the consumer to help with whatever they can!! Keep up the incredible work you do and thank you again!!
