Eclipse

From the office staff to the neighbors, everyone makes you feel welcome. Just like the name suggests, it feels rare ; a special place that’s hard to find. For what you get and what surrounds you, the price is absolutely worth it. You can literally walk to almost any shop you need. There are parks nearby and beautiful views all around the area. The neighbors are so friendly you could easily borrow salt from next door. People here are kind, the views are beautiful, and the rooftop is spacious and amazing. It’s a dream place for singles, families, and tech professionals since you’re very close to downtown; even by bus. Do I like Eclipse? No… I love Eclipse. And trust me, try it …if you don’t like it, I owe you dinner!

We really like it. <3 We moved in about a month ago And so far so good. There are some hiccups with the communication as far as actually scheduling a tour, but once I had applied, the process went relatively smoothly. They were very transparent about the three week application process. Zahra the office manager was very welcoming when I came to get the keys and gave me a tour to refresh my memory on where things are. She was also very honest about maintenance that they were waiting on to be done because of vendor delays. All the neighbors seem very friendly.

Great place to live— friendly community, clean, and well maintained and very affordable. Management (Zahra) was responsive and helpful, and the maintenance requests were handled quickly. Convenient location and an overall positive experience lived over 2.5 years. I would recommend it.

I moved here last march and they were so helpful getting me into a place quickly and out of a bad situation involving my ex I explained my situation and they helped me with everything! My cat gives it 10 stars the maintenance guys are awesome and the office ladies are great I look forward to living here for a while and calling this home

Old management was awful (slow repairs, terrible communication). New property manager took over a few months ago and is turning things around: quicker responses, greater attention to package theft issues, long-delayed repairs finally happening. Having lived here since the building opened, Zahra is the best apartment manager we’ve had. Still some work to do, but it’s clearly on the upswing.
