Eclipse Apartments

BEWARE!!! This property has no presence of security for residents despite the high amount of rent they are charging. Soliciting is extreme ( AT&T, Johova witnesses, taxi and food business) are constantly leaving notes and cards on your door. But what really takes the cake is the porch pirate wearing a dusty fake Amazon vest which I captured on my camera, who stole packages from my front door containing 10 pairs of scrubs for my innocent students! Get some security, get some gates do something!!! Oh and why is the pool never open? Please do better….

Not a horrible place but could do better with resident work orders. One very patient and pleasant helpful lady in the office (major introvert here so don’t ask me her name :)) if this lady is not in the office nothing gets done - actually, this is the second time I’ve had anything like this happen and both time she’s not there. No personal issues with the maintance crew just wish they spoke a bit more English than none. When in Rome? No? Just fyi after over a year my hot water heater started to hiss out of some type of frustration and was ultimately told it’s fine.

Living at this complex was a great experience. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home! the property manager, Vanessa, is absolutely amazing—always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of quickly.The maintenance team was reliable, and the amenities were always clean and accessible, and the location was super convenient for me. Vanessa and her team made my time here enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I'm in love with the community, everyone is so nice and our apartment is really nice and spacious. The staff have been awesome with us since the beginning, also the maintenance guy has been really helpful! We are relocating from out of the country and they have made us feel like home, so it has been a really nice experience.

Stephanie was very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitation. She has an amazing attitude and made me feel welcomed.
