Tisha, Chuck, Tommy and the whole crew at this complex are truly some of the best people you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they care about the residents and the property. Tisha keeps everything running smooth, always professional and always willing to help, and the guys on the crew work together like a well oiled machine. Every time I’ve needed something, big or small, they’ve handled it quickly, kindly, and with real pride in their work. It’s rare to see a team this dedicated, this friendly, and this consistent. They make the whole community feel taken care of. Huge respect to all of them it’s awesome seeing good people doing great work. Highly recommend living here just based on the staff alone.

I have been here for about 2 months now I had an issue with my washer and dryer and chuck from maintenance quickly fixed it I also told him about how my tub was overflowing and he quickly fixed that plus my sink in about 20-25 minutes! He’s always making sure to greet my dog and provide treats! Very cool guy !

I want to give a huge shout-out to Chuck from the maintenance team! Every time I have a maintenance request, he is here incredibly fast and gets the job done right the first time. He is always professional, kind, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working perfectly.

Been here for 3 years almost, never had an issue that didnt get solved in a quick manner. Chuck just came in and saved my holidays when my oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. Super grateful to the maintenance and staff

Recently moved onto the property with my service dog. One of the pet poop station I take my service dog to had lots of dog poop that other residents weren’t cleaning up after their dog. I brought it the leasing office and within a week or two the maintained man John had cleaned up all the dog poop that other residents were too lazy to pick up after their dog. Cud is John for the hard work clean-up after others who were too lazy to clean-up after their dog in the first place. It looks great!! Now my service dog it’s afraid to go poop in that pet station
