Our experience living in this community has improved significantly since Ms. Sonia joined the management office. We are very grateful for her excellent work; her commitment to keeping the premises spotless and ensuring the rules are followed is truly noticeable. What we value most is that she is highly professional and consistently kind, always ready to help with a great attitude. It is a pleasure to have such a capable person in charge!

We have been living here for a year now and we love the community. We went in to renew our lease today; Sonia and Jackie are awesome and made the renewal process a breeze, the administrations customer service is a breath of fresh air! Excited to spend another year at Ebbtide. ☺️

The pool situation has gotten better but there are still a lot of days and nights where the pool is occupied until after hours and the residents using it have no respect for the amount of noise they're making either with music or just screaming and yelling. There's never any parking so expect to park across the complex on the side towards the road and have to walk all the way to your apartment, simply because the architects assigned to this place by the Garret Companies prioritized profits over function by placing a large amount of private garages and limiting regular parking spaces to few and far apart spots. Sonia the property manager has always been very responsive. She’s is strict with her rules but it’s always motivated by maintaining a safe community for everyone. She always finds a way for a solution and if she can’t find one she will work with you until your issue is resolved. The apartment complex is always clean and any issue (which are few and far in between) always gets addressed. The tenants here are respectful of everyone . Overall a very great place to live.

EDIT: Pool hours restored. Wristbands in place to prevent issues. Still hoping to get the cabanas fully put back together and the chairs back in the pool. ————— Alexis in the front has been kind enough to communicate issues. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously That being said I still am waiting for the pool hours to be adjusted. They keep making the pool hours earlier and earlier. Now it’s office hours only. 9-6 Mon-Fri 9-5 Saturday, and closed Sunday. This needs to be changed ASAP. This is not the correct solution to noise complaints.. What happened to the chairs in the pool?
