I had such a wonderful experience touring The Eves Apartments today! Danyel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was very attentive, professional, and welcoming the entire time. What really stood out to me was how well she multitasked while still making me feel like a priority. She made sure my kids and I were comfortable by offering us refreshments, which I truly appreciated. Danyel answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to explain everything in detail without rushing us. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made the whole tour enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Danyel, for such a great experience! I’m really looking forward to the possibility of calling The Eves home.

We have been living here for a year now and have had a great experience. We are extending for another year. We are appreciative for all the staff but Kayla has stood out and went above and beyond for us she has been very knowledgeable, patient, approachable and kind. Thank you Kayla! :)

I am writing this review after 9 months of living at Eaves Pleasanton, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and up to date. I lived in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath unit, and the second-floor patio facing the road was a wonderful bonus that made the space feel even more inviting. The amenities here are fantastic. The gym and residential lounge were recently renovated, and both are excellent spaces not only for fitness and relaxation but also for working from home if you’d like a change of scenery. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for residents’ comfort and convenience. Service and maintenance are outstanding—quick, efficient, and reliable. One of the best in Pleasanton. Leasing office is super helpful and the community has everything. Kyla helped me with the move in formalities and it was super smooth. I was a resident before and came back again.
