My experience with Eastwood Homes and Mr. John Nichols (Sales Manager for Eastwood) was far from pleasant. Be aware before signing a contract with Mr. Nichols and Eastwood Homes. After committing to the purchase of a home, their company representatives where nothing but rude and unprofessional to my family during the purchase transaction of what would have been our forever home. The house, after being inspected by their Quality Control personnel, had numerous issues that were clearly not seen or ignored during the inspection. One of the walls was bulging to where the nail-heads from the piece of wood inside the wall were protruding. The builder on site conducting the orientation basically stated that it would be difficult to fix and offered no solution to the problem and concluded the orie

Once you close on the home it is nearly impossible to get in contact with this company. I have had to submit multiple warranty requests, and only one of them has been responded to. Started out with a good experience, but can no longer recommend this company to anyone. The warranty contract states they will address nail pops and caulking issues 1 time, but they do not. They will simply ignore the warranty request, phone call, voicemail etc. I submitted the first attempt two months ago so they have had far more than enough time to follow up.
