Eastwood Homes at Wrenn Creek

I recently moved into this community and it’s been almost 30 days this is a great neighborhood to live . Eastwood homes provided amazing service. Big Shout-Out to Jacob(Builder) fantastic service by him, it was great working with him. As a first time home buyer I felt very confident since he fixed all the issues reported on time with no questions asked and shared lot of knowledge on maintenance.

We recently visited the community as we are trying to find our new home. Award winning service provided by Nate. He was great spent lot of time explaining everything in detail. Though we went after hours he made sure we understood every plan. I am not sure if I am going to move forward with this community but would like appreciate Nate for his service. ——————————————————————————

What meets the eye may appear beautiful but dealing with Eastwoods Home subpar work isn't worth it. They just closed a warranty request today for something they installed, knowing they installed it with imperfections but their lovely excuse was that we should have seen it during walk through but with the sub par level of workmanship it will be extremely difficult to see every shabby thing that they have done even with paying for an inspection. If you have your eyes are on this community, I would suggest maybe going with the other builder MI Homes.

They were closed until the next phase. No one at the house. I did not see it on the website, but there is a sign on the door.
