Eastwood Homes at Hadleigh Park

I purchased a home from this builder, and several construction-related issues were reported through official warranty channels multiple times starting earlier this year. Unfortunately, more than 10 months later, none of these issues have received any response. The unresolved problems include flooring installation defects (buckling and noise), and other workmanship concerns that go beyond cosmetic issues. I’ve also followed up directly by email and involved my real estate agent, but the lack of communication continues. I’m disappointed not just by the issues themselves, but by the complete absence of follow-up.

Do not buy an Eastwood Home. Craftsmanship is not good and they do not stand behind their homes.
