Eastwood Apartments

Lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. Staff was always friendly, professional and courteous. Maintenance staff was always prompt and thorough. It was quiet, cozy and comfortable. The prices are affordable and each year the rent only went up a few dollars. You can tell that they value their residents and strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I'd highly recommend this complex and am grateful to Eastwood for my time here. The only reason I chose to move was to be closer to my job and have a little more space for my girlfriend and I, otherwise, I'd still be here. Great place.

I have lived here for a little over a month and I absolutely LOVE it. It is so quiet and cozy. I have had a couple maintenance issues so far but you can put a service request in and they fix it either that day or the day after. They even have an after hour number to call if you need an emergency repair and they are fast too! If you look at the pictures online, they really do look like the apartments. I was a little skeptical about the online photos but you can go off them for what it actually looks like. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my boyfriend and there is plenty of room for two people. The kitchen is a little small but it works well for the time being and the appliances are updated. It is also very secure and the neighbors are wonderful. Everything is included except electric

Don’t move here. When you are going to move here they are friendly but when you are going move out they will change totally. We wanted to sublease my apartment . I found more than 50 people they don’t accept them . Someone call them to sublease they told her it is not available. My sister call them for double check and they said it is not available and They said if you want we have other apartment .we move out and they told me you can move back in. I told them i am paying rent why i can’t move back in . Our contract is until October i have to pay but I can not move back. They are looking some way to take our deposit too

Although not very updated, the one bedroom is spacious. The only real issue is they have about 8 to ten apartments per building yet one washer and dryer that also take coins over a card. A big oversight in my opinion. The equipment is about 20 years old to begin with, at least have 2 of each a building

This place is the worse place I’ve ever been. If you want to move out before the contract is due, they offer you to sign the termination and pretend they will find someone to relieve us of paying the rent. But they will keep you responsible to pay the whole rent, take your deposit and charge you 100$ extra. When I found someone for the sublease, they said I don’t have the right to sublease it for short time. They take all your money and then let you go. DON’T MOVE HERE!
