Eastview Apartments

Very unprofessional maintenance team. No regard for personal space or cleanliness of unit. Literally broke a door when replacing a bad water heater (which left me with cold water all weekend) and didn’t bother to clean after themselves.

I haven’t lived here long enough to give full feedback yet. First I will say McKenna (hope I spelled her name right) is super sweet and kind. I will say tho make sure to keep and eye on crack and little holes in the walls… you will have little roommates with you. Unfortunately I will say I’ve heard a lot of the residents don’t have the problem as much with mice/roaches if you live on the top floor. If you keep your place clean and tidy, you won’t have such a problem. I can tell that security is lacked a little bit/ same with maintenance. They’ve send many emails regarding the pest control and still haven’t had them show up once (but I haven’t lived here that long yet to tell). I will say having cats does help scare the little critters away. Overall it is a great place to start off for the

They have a roach problem that they can't get rid of so they have a monthly pest control service to try and keep it under wraps and they make you sign away all Entry rights and reserve the ability to enter your apparment at anytime for literally any reason including "decoration" lmao this place is a joke. My girlfriend and I are far from happy with this place.

Worst place I could possibly recommend. Leasing office is horrible to work with and everyone I’ve spoken to there is unkind. I dealt with roaches, attempted break ins, my water heater exploded, as well as countless other instances. They are greedy people and the property manager doesn’t care how much he charges low income families as long as his pockets are filled.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Eastview! It’s quiet, clean, and feels safe. The staff are super friendly and always quick to help if something comes up. My apartment is bright and comfortable, and the neighbors are great. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived!
