I’ve lived here for around half a decade now and these are the worst apartments ever. The pool is always closed and dirty, there’s a ton of stray cats that love to drink the chlorinated water and end up dying and the management could care less. When we moved in the apartment was still trashed from the previous tenant and never cleaned, our door frame on the main door was heavily cracked the floor was splitting (and still hasn’t been fixed) our appliances are falling apart and they will never lift a damn finger. DONT MOVE HERE on top of that the floors are cheap vinyl, the countertops are cheap cardboard and they will jump at the opportunity to charge you for something that was already there.

Apartments are very old nothing works ever since i moved here there has been a lot of repairs and still a lot of them are not done yet. They gave me a carpet infested with dog hairs they cleaned it like 2 times and until this day i still get a lot of dog hairs because they refuse to change the carpet even though is super old and thin, my balcony blinders are where all broken until this day and chew by a dog from the bottom, broken closet doors and i could go on and on but also if you move here make sure you know that the only way to pay your rent is by MONEY ORDER and if you get really sick to go take your money order and call them they will still charge you late fees no matter what no matter if you are dying they wont have any consideration for you or whenever you need help from them they

Rent was affordable and the apartment complex was very nice and clean. Me and my wife loved living there for a year. Hated to leave that nice apartment. Appliances were black and new, floors laminate, ceiling fans nice. The management and office were good people! I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a nice clean living space with enough space and nice community for your family.

Unbelievable trash management, they called my grandma that they had an apartment available and she told them she was going into heart surgery so she couldn’t speak at the moment, and thank god everything came out good and she called back and they told her it wasn’t available anymore due to her not taking the deposit smh do better.
