Easton Village Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE! They will keep all of your deposit and then bill you some more. Cleaning fees, carpet cleaning fees and patch work will cost you all of your deposit on top of a final W/S/T bill. Jaden didn’t even try to help us have someone take over our lease so we had to pay a ridiculous buyout fee on top of it but as soon as we moved out, she had someone new renting the unit. We were long term tenants at Easton village but trust me when I tell you they do not care about you at all. These apartments are way overpriced and there’s nothing but problems. Someone tried breaking into our apartment one night. People steal here. Sketchy people all over and sketchy management. When you voice your frustrations, Jaden takes it personally and is very rude about it. She doesn’t know how to handle

Been living here for almost a year now, and we feel that we're in good hands here with Jaiden and Carter. Anytime something breaks or needs repairs, Carter usually shows up either the same day, or within two days at the latest. He's very sweet, curtious, and professional; very helpful if you need to ask him questions! Jaiden is the best property manager I've ever had! She's notoriously swift at resolving issues and getting back to us quickly with any questions we have. Texting questions and concerns is super easy, but we really like being able to speak to her in person, as her professionalism and honesty puts us at ease living here. Both have been very fast at responding to emergencies! Can't recommend them enough!❤️❤️

I have been so lucky to have been a resident here! Jaden and Carter have gone above and beyond to keep the property safe, in good condition, and a wonderful place to call home.
