TERRIBLE PLACE! VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE! Starting with management at the top. Rosa seems like a genuine person but has no idea how to run an apartment complex, neither does Dani. You can ask them about a problem and they seem to blame everyone but themselves. As part of being a manager, you need to run your team so if they aren’t doing great that’s on you. Plus I have heard they aren’t supposed to close and I have gone up there many times just to put laundry money on the card and it’s closed around noon on weekdays. Speaking of laundry, half the time the card machine doesn’t work or the machines are broken and management doesn’t want to pay or recognize they are broken. Honestly would give them a 0, before new management started it was alright had a few issues here and there but ever since new management started in June 2024 it has been absolutely hell. Staff does not know anything that happens around this place nor do they even know if maintenance works during the week or not. Been a week since I put in a work order about my cabinets falling apart where it is so unsafe my children can’t even go in our kitchen. Yet maintenance came Monday said they didn’t have time to do anything but would be back I’ve steadily been calling due to them closing out my work order with complete on it when no one has came to fix my issue one of the staff members said they close out the work orders for their system yet maintenance knows about it. Eastgate Apartments has truly leveled up lately, and that’s all thanks to Rosa and her incredible team. She’s one of those rare managers who doesn’t just sit behind a desk — she’s out walking the property, talking with residents, and making sure everything is running right. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants the community to thrive. On top of that, Cesar’s Guardians Security has been making a strong impact around the property. Their presence adds a whole new layer of safety and professionalism that hasn’t gone unnoticed. You get what you pay for couldn't be closer to the truth than not. I am not a resident but I take care of my brothers pets during the day and clean his apartment for him while he's at work. There are a group of Hispanic kids that run around this place like its a playground. I'm all for kids having fun but they are destructive, rude, have no regard for people's personal property on the patio and when I try to talk to them they conveniently don't speak English. Apparently they only know the bad words in English. My brother has had feces thrown at the windows, they have kick a soccer ball intentionally at the windows cracking the one in the master bedroom, they set off fire extinguishers in the entryway to the building and damage the pest control boxes throughput the property. Beautiful outside but clearly had a lot of underlying issues. Horrible smells of bad plumbing like moldy water as soon as you walk through the door closest had mold damage til about mid way, also water leak.
