I have had an opportunity to interact with Mr. Sefton and Mr. Hicks of Eastern Bay Construction and Design. They ventured to my fraternity house in Chapel Hill. They came to render an assessment on the repair of this very visible property (located across the street from the Planetarium, on Franklin Street.) They will have to perform within the demands of the Historical Society in that city. They arrived in a timely manner. Their friendly nature enabled me to be confident in their review of the property's status. More importantly, their assessment went beyond the original scope to include issues that could devastate the property's integrity in the future. I am thankful for their insight.
