Ever since Marla left this place has gone down hill. AS SOON as the new manager took over she allowed tenants in my complex that were getting the cops called constantly for fighting, yelling profanities outside with children around. My building complex became very dirty and smelled bad because of the tenants that were allowed to move in who also let their pitbull run around without a leash and other dogs they weren't even supposed to have. On top of that my rent actually went up! This place is not worth how much rent they are charging. When I decided to not renew my lease considering all of this I made sure my apartment was left better than when I rented it out. 0/10 Highly would not recommend this Place ! In our building The tenant above a vacant unit owns a large dog and has been allowing it to urinate and defecate all over his balcony. The waste then drops down onto the balcony of the vacant apartment, which residents—including myself—have to walk past in order to reach our homes. Myself as well as others in this same building have called and complained to management about this issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they have allowed the tenant access to the vacant apartment so he can sweep off the balcony whenever he needs. This clearly condones the behavior rather than fixing it, and now there is dog feces and urine all over the balcony, and even the sidewalk. I am saddened to report that this is not a great apartment complex. While my townhouse here was nice at first, only a month into renting, the basement flooded with blackwater (sewage). This became a semi-monthly occurrence throughout my time there. I cleaned it up and reported it each time, not wanting to live with that. Other minor issues occurred, but were always expertly handled by Ms Marlen when she worked there. However, as it came time for me to move out. I worked hard to clean and left the townhouse in a better state than when I moved in. Ms Brittany agreed that it was good and that I would be receiving my deposit back (along with a prorate since I turned in my keys before mid-month due to military orders). Went by to view the one and two bedrooms. Great walk-through of the model! Great experience! I lived here 29 years ago when we were kids, and it was such an awesome place to live. Eastborough is right across the street from the Town East and by tons of vibin restaurants and schools! Very pleasant young lady in the office!!! She deserves a raise seriously!!!

I’ve lived here for a year now and I am please to say that I’ve enjoyed every day of it! The pool is always clean, as well as the surrounding property. property manager Brittany is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always goes out of her way to make sure all of her tenants are well taken care of. Eastborough apartments have been a wonderful place to call home and I am excited for another year of peace.
