When we first moved in we immediately noticed roaches and when we tried to address it the manager said that we brought them and they had NEVER had a single bug in their units... we called an exterminator and after looking around he said he had found several traps set from other exterminators and that there as been roaches there for a while. at the last month of our second year of renting with ETRH and never once were we late on rent. we had a medical emergency that had set us back a little. I called to explain the situation and if there could be an extented grace period. the manager was extremely rude and told us that they would not give us anymore time and we would be evicted if we did not pay on time. We have lived here 6 years and have enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Holly and the ladies are are very sweet. The maintenance guys and yard crew guys are friendly and helpful. This home is just way too big for the two of us. We are downsizing and moving to Tyler. Our kids all live there and we will be closer to them and all the activities we are involved in.

We have been with East Texas Rent Homes for 8yrs. We have rented 2 homes from them and they have exceeded all other landlords in every catagory. They are prompt in attending to issues, extremely curtious, and most importantly they treat you like a person not a just $ in the bank.
