Rafael is a gem! I reside half the year in Florida. Rafael checks on my vacant condo regularly, and prepares it for opening up and closing - shutters, water, a/c, etc. He is completely trustworthy. He has my key and I feel very secure, knowing that he will do whatever is necessary to keep my unit maintained properly. His prices are extremely fair and he is very knowledgeable- can fix most anything. He’s also friendly, charming, and agreeable. As I said, a Gem!
