East Ridge Apartments

I love living at Eastridge’s Apts! Maintenance are always right on time, very clean place. Office staff are so nice and ready to take care of you. Rent is reasonable. Swimming pool is great! Best place to walk my little dog. Neighbors are friendly. The walls and floors in these apts are almost soundproof. No annoying noise. Best apt I’ve ever rented

After having lived here for almost a decade, this place has really gone down hill since Foxglove took over. When we moved in in 2016, it was run by a small family owned business and they were great to work with. Rent was reasonable, upkeep was great, property was maintained and it was easy to get what you needed. Once Foxglove took over, the woman who manages it does not care about the property or the tenants. There were multiple instances of doing things without any proper notification (like painting decks / patios without notice and charging $50 for unmoved furniture), trying to force tenants to get rid of personal property, destroying sound barriers (cutting trees down to "help with the homeless" but a fence was too expensive), etc. Anytime myself or the neighbors stood up for our right

I lived here 5 years until I moved to Lexington in 2015. They kept the place up well and the staff was fine. Also, the price wasn’t bad for the space you got. I liked the pool and it was a nice, quiet place to walk around on warm nights. However, they REALLY need to update their units. You can’t paint. The walls aren’t even a taupe/tan to provide some basic color. Also, get rid of the carpet, guys! It’s hideous and outdated and nasty. Like I said...update.

These are some of the best apartments in Richmond, KY. They are relatively new, very well taken care of and the rent is more than reasonable. I interacted with the office and the owner multiple times and they always were helpful and professional. The owner specifically was much more flexible than I hoped for. Any maintenance requests were resolved within a day. They do not allow pets, they warn about that before you sign the lease, so I think it is unfair that they have so many negative reviews from the people who get fined for having pets in the apartment. I would recommend the place without any reservations.

Very nice place to live with friendly enough staff. I was here for a year and nothing bad to say. The floors are somewhat thin, so make sure to be in the top floor apartment and not the bottom. It will save you big time when you want to sleep. My neighbors below me were like 150 years old and would broom the floor here and there. I'm pretty sure they went to jail for drugs though, so that worked out. Anyways, place is nice and gets the job done.
