East Of Market

We have been living here for a year and have enjoyed every minute of it! When we toured the complex, Jamal was fantastic at showing us around and helping us through the application process. If we ever run into a problem or question, Jamal and Edwin have both been so quick to help us. Also, our neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming!

In my line of business, I can honestly say it’s extremely rare to find a property team that truly cares and takes pride in what they do. Jamal is a perfect example of that. He was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the entire leasing process, taking the time to walk me through everything step by step and never making me feel rushed or hesitant to ask questions. On top of that, his responsiveness—whether by email or phone—was outstanding. Thank you, Jamal, for making this experience such a positive one!

I highly recommend East of Market! I toured the community/unit back in June and moved in three weeks ago. From the tour to now, I have been highly pleased with this place. Jamal has been/continues to be extremely helpful, transparent, and answers my many questions as a new resident in a timely manner. The unit has great features and I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of it upon moving in. The community is quiet and public spaces always appear to be clean. I submitted a work order for some minor things in the unit and maintenance resolved everything within an hour of receiving the request. I definitely feel that I chose the right place.

Jamal at East of Market was extremely patient, helpful, understanding and responsive to all of my needs as I applied for an apartment here and moved in - especially when I didn't make it easy for him :) I love the apartment. I feel like I'm living in a luxurious condominium that is extremely roomy. Really happy in my new digs.

I have had a great experience with East of Market Apts. The staff is nice, very helpful, and act quickly, especially Jamal who assisted with my lease. The area is safe and the apartments are relatively new. I was surprised by how clean and well kept my apartment was prior to moving in. Overall, I am very glad to have chosen this complex; would recommend!
