East Mercer Apartments

It is a very unsafe Apartment. There are homeless people coming into the the building. There are used needles everywhere in the lobby and elsewhere inside the Apartment building. There have been repeated attempts by these unwelcome people to break into the individual Apartments. Very Scary people. A man that had gotten into the Building today and threatened a resident with a knife. The management does very little if anything to solve this very unsettling problem. I would strongly look elsewhere is you want to feel safe. Because there doesn't seem to be anybody trying to prevent this situation. Knife incident June 14, 2018.

Don’t count on receiving ANY mail or Amazon deliveries. Watch for needles everywhere and people hanging out next to main entrance trying to get inside. Theft will happen, your car may get broken… basic spaces with lousy closet doors and appliances.

Thieves live here and steal packages. Management acknowledges, but instead of doing anything about it, they ask resident to watch their package more closely. Things are stolen within 12 hours of delivery.

Homeless people constantly coming in and stealing packages and causing a mess in the parking lot.
