They do not respect or follow the Fair housing act. Or maybe their employees have not been trained properly and or are ignorant to the law but nonetheless I applied using my SSI as my income source and they denied my application because of a lack of taxable income. (Which is very illegal!!) They were swiftly reported to the department of housing!!

The complex is new but the company who owns the complex has several other properties. There should be a system in place to regulate what tenants do. We do call but the number says office closed for some reason. People drop and throw trash wherever they want and may be confused. I do wish there was atleast one spot designated for each apartment unit or atleast mark the spots in front of our doors for that unit. People from other buildings are parking their cars and walking to other buildings. It’s not right that older people cannot park right in front of their building and must walk across the lots. There’s many things hopefully in time will be looked into. Two entrance/exits but the closed one and blocked it. The only entrance and exit open is now the one closest to the 270 bridge overpass
