If you read another one of the Google Reviews here, you may see that there was a person who had problems with silverfish. Be forewarned: It is still a problem. We are talking about a full-on infestation. I'm not talking like a couple of bugs every few days, when I was moving in I saw probably over 50 of the bugs within an hour. That sounds like an exaggeration, IT IS NOT. Note: this is a new room that had essentially nothing in it, so imagine if it had a bunch of possessions, furniture, books and such that silverfish are actually attracted to? What's worse is that I inquired if this would be a problem before moving in and I was assured that it was not. I was also promised a different room from the one that I was given. I've been a resident here for more than a year, and there's a significant issue with silverfish infestations. Despite having called the exterminator twice, their treatment only involved spraying the area and deeming it sufficient. After their second visit, when I inquired about alternative solutions, I was informed that it's an external issue beyond resolution, with the only recourse being regular spraying. It's evident to me that the problem originates from improperly sealed floors, riddled with cracks and gaps in my hardwood floor, which can't be fixed until I move out. Living in my current space has become unsettling as silverfish often scale my walls, invade storage containers, find their way into my bed, and even infiltrate my shower. Great place to live. Good location, and Ivanlli is the best building manager I’ve ever had, super understanding about things like locking yourself out of the building, and very responsive and considerate for any kind of maintenance request
