I have been living in my apt for a little over two years now and early on my experience wasn't so great but the new staff is phenomenal. Ashley is always such a pleasure to speak with, so personable. Always ready and willing to come by and check out whatever issues I report and gets everything resolved quickly. Just want to say overall East Coast is a great management company considering all of my old experiences with previous management companies. Keep up the great work East Coast. They react quickly, professionally, and take care of everything. Considering East Coast Management Solutions have been managing our building, it's been like having a super upgrade. My upper-door-neighbor leaked in their shower, which was running water through our floor. We were unable to reach him. Joseph, from East Coast Management Solutions, sent a repair team in and fixed their leak ASAP. Also, we needed some workers, and they were able to recommend a vendor to us. It was nice having a vendor go the extra mile because they were held accountable by the property management company. Joseph is marvelous and makes everything happen effortlessly.

If you decide to rent here just factor losing your security deposit into your budget and definitely don’t bother cleaning when you move out. They almost killed our pets because they used the wrong kind of tape to fix a gas leak, so when we first moved in the apartment was full of gas and we didn’t notice until it was almost too late. Then there was the chronic flooding that was never fixed. Then they stole our deposit because they knew we were moving out of state. Just know what you’re getting into.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would. Renter be warned!!! These are bad people. The one word I could use to describe this company is greed. They have treated me so badly its shocking and all I ever did was pay rent on time every month for two years. I spent the first two months at one of their apartments without heat or hot water because the gas company could never get the landlord on the phone to access the gas meter. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! If you rent with roommates they will never let you out of the contract!! If you do dare to rent from them, have a good lawyer. I've tried repeatedly to get my security deposit back and have still been unsuccessful.

Never respond to emails, place is continually filthy. Moved in in September, got heat in March despite constant complaints. I've honestly never had such a miserable experience in my life. We couldn't even make it 1 year, because of the growing bug problem that refused to be dealt with. Also tried to keep a bed bug outbreak real quiet. Just don't do it.
