East Coast HOA Management

Unfortunately, our experience with this HOA management company was very disappointing. Communication was consistently slow, with delayed responses to important issues that required attention. It often felt like the goal was to do the bare minimum amount of work while still collecting full management fees. A management company should support the board, provide guidance when asked, and be proactive. I would not recommend this company to associations looking for responsive, professional, and ethical management.

Never lived in an HOA until Cottage Creek in Conway began one ..worst experience and neighborhood ever .. especially when "City" employees for MBPD thought they could hide from the county.... chasing all who moved in there after them out ....and defile others reputations especially because of surfing 🌊 life doesn't come with a surf board or a free meal ticket...no speed bumps, dime bags, hypodermic needles placed on our property is why my husband and I moved out under the advice of a physician..... what does that say? You got what you paid for... SMH your pet 💩 pickup sign isn't going to help...ask who lives the closest to one ....our dog got sick because of it...... neither does stalking people

This is the best h o a management company. They are very personable and professional and get things done quickly.Pay no attention to karinas review as she is President of our board. And the board is the ones that took forever to answer approval , letters and karina is the difficult one and I ought to know because I'm her very next door neighbor and besides them peeking over the fence constantly and in my windows to the point that I had to even put window film up. And constantly telling me where I should plants and everything when the HOA did not have a problem with my plants and others were allowed to do things.I was not only because she has an attitude with me, so the HO.A management is above and beyond.. And that is why they have such a great rating.And you will not be disappointed if y

Always great and easy to deal with. Reema and Jackie always took great care of us as an HOA when we were just starting out and growing. Highly recommended.

Friendly team but communication between the office and our board had been a challenge. We’ve had to be more hands-on than expected due to missed details. With better coordination, they could really shine.
