I’ve had an amazing experience renting from this property management company. I owe the greatest thanks to Ms. Donna Gearheart for having faith in me and giving me a chance to rent, even with my one-time eviction, and I will never forget that. Also, whenever I needed any repairs done, there were no longer than hours to 24 hours of turnaround time. I definitely cannot forget Ms. Cynthia as well. She saw fit that my repairs were satisfactory and completed properly. They are all professionals and are about their business. If I was a renter, I would absolutely choose East Carolina Property Management, it’s been a pleasure doing business with you all.

This property management company is a huge scam!! My apartment that I rented was ROACH INFESTED!! When told about it they said they don’t pay for pest control. They lied to me about the area and my neighbors were drug dealing thugs who hung out in my laundry room all day!! I Hated it there and wanted to break my lease but I didn’t want to mess up my credit, therefore paid every month for 5 months without living there. They gave me back $95 from my $750 security bc of some mistake made by one of their staff. Just an horrific experience and DO NOT Recommend Anyone doing business with them bc they are NOT honest at all!!

As a prior tenant I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at ECPM but most importantly Mrs. LaQuandra Hudnell for their exemplary customer service throughout my rental contract with ECPM. In the 5 years I rented form ECPM, I regularly encountered Mrs. Hudnell when I needed to contact ECPM for matters either with my apartment or the neighborhood. I never had an issue that she did not address immediately or provide me with a reasonable timeframe on when the matter would be addressed. She was consistent in her presentation as being professional, courteous. helpful, and respectable even when we discussed conflicts that involved other tenants in the complex. When other residents in Greenville experienced rental price gouging that resulted in excessive rent hikes and homeless

We have been renting there since January. The Rental Property is really nice and well kept up. LaQuandra from the office be having the worst attitudes though whenever I go there to drop off a check. Also Communication is not one of her Skills and she even be having a horrible attitude through e-mail and is just unprofessional. I would recommend for the Business to hire someone that is good with communication with people and being professional without attitudes!
