This appartment has a tenant that owns a pit bull mix dog and this tenant has been using this dog to threaten my 8 year of and 12 year old nieces and also my elderly mother. This behaviour is a daily threat twards my 2 nieces and mother. Management has witnessed these aggressive verbal threats the dogs owner who lives in East Burnsid appartment has threatend to make this dog attak my Mother and neieces. this is not a safe place for anyone wanting to live here.

It's stocked with pretty good amenities washer and dryer and every unit easy to clean bathroom heating, security cameras in all the communal areas. The human services provided me with a bed and plates when I moved in and the community is improving from what it was. The management is very responsive if I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within a day, when items were stolen in the past security cameras were set up to monitor the mailroom and if someone steals something they're banned from the property, if you do move here keep your wits about. There are a lot of hangers that try and sneak into the building, always lock the door when you leave the neighborhood can be dangerous, and theft is very common.
