This place is terrible. Awful parking setup, only 2 available parking spots per unit. What if you have 4 people living there you say? Don’t worry! Two of them can park on the street and walk a marathon back to the apartment! Additionally, the laundry machines are consistently broken and extremely overpriced - especially for how small the machines are! Price to wash your clothes is $1.75 and counting (I say “and counting” because the price has only gone up since I originally started living here). So if you like having to pay that sort of money to do laundry, then you’ll love this place! You better just hope the machines are working and not spewing water across the laundry room and flooding the first floor (this did happen).
