My experience at East Bend Apartments has been highly positive so far! Amanda is very quick to respond if any issues arise, and maintenance gets things done same-day for the most part. The complex is always clean too which is a huge plus. Some things to note is that some doors sometimes don’t work with the key fob/app, and that the garage gates occasionally temporarily stop working. However, that hasn’t been a huge inconvenience and usually gets fixed within a week or so. Overall, I highly recommend this complex because of the location and staff!!

I recently toured this apartment and was very impressed. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had a bright, welcoming feel. The layout makes great use of space, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. The community itself felt safe and quiet, with convenient amenities nearby. The leasing staff was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Kimdrea was a superstar. Overall, this apartment seems like a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting living space.

Only thing good about east bend is the location (proximity to MKT). Everything else sucks. - Water damage and mold on 3rd floor, so no amenity for months - Access to doors wouldn’t work smoothly. Some doors just don’t work for weeks. Again, as a resident, you rudely find out when you can’t open to door to the stairs - Weird rotten egg smell for months after move in - My room got mold the moment we moved in. Took them 2 months to resolve - Management that doesn’t respond - Broken garage gate all the time - My room got terrible cockroach infestation from the water damage. Asked them to do routine pest control. They don’t even offer this, despite everything is their fault - I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s every movement. It’s diabolical - They had a huge key system issue so we couldn’t use

Visited the property and first impressions makes an everlasting affect… the property is beautiful is also in an amazing location with shopping and eateries in the area (walking distance). Was greeted by an amazing young lady who I came to know of being the community manager, Kimdrea. She introduced me to her leasing staff who walked me through the property showing me the apartments (A+) and the amenities( love the gym and dog park) they provide. Was such an amazing and inviting experience. Thanks
