East Beach Marina

East Beach Marina is a beautiful place to live. The office personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location on the marina provides excellent views as well as is in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and coffee shop.

We have lived here in the East Beach Marina Apartments since 11/07/2023. We are very happy with our decision to move here. Terrell (building manager) and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and if we have an issue, it’s usually addressed within a few hours. I highly recommend checking out this place. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Starting with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very responsive maintenance time, expertly designed apts, very nice pool and gym cardio center. The views off the balcony are stunning. It’s like being on vacation 100% of the time! If you’re looking for upscale apt living - this place is it.

The experience here started off really great about 9 months ago. The last month has been bad. There have been numerous pipe bursts that have occurred resulting in contract workers roaming the halls “working” to fix the issues. Today, I ran into one that was actively smoking in the elevator and others just seem to walk around, never actually fixing or cleaning anything. I see that there are a lot of beautification projects happening but I feel like the direction should be to correct the material issues first. The garage gate is always out of commission.

East Beach Marina Apartments is a gem! Even just visiting, it’s easy to see how special this community is. The property is absolutely beautiful—by the water with stunning views and a peaceful, upscale vibe. The landscaping is always neat, and the whole place just feels relaxing and well cared for. The amenities are top-notch, from the pool and fitness center to the marina access—perfect for anyone who loves the coastal lifestyle. On top of that, the team here is incredible! Everyone is friendly, professional, and clearly goes above and beyond to keep residents happy. If you’re looking for a gorgeous place to live near the water, this should be at the top of your list!
