Has had apartments listed online for ages, all you get is an automatic response whenever you inquire and the phone automatically goes to a voicemail where no one ever returns your calls. I have multiple friends in the area who have had the same experience as well. When I mentioned this place one of my friends responses was “good luck, I have tried multiple times over the past 2 years and have yet to get a response from them.” I have gotten 3 of the same automatic email responses after each inquiry, I even emailed to follow up, and called and left a message. Remove your apartment listings if you’re not actively leasing. Amazing you even have residents currently considering the way your leasing office operates.

I lived here for three years and it was an awesome experience. Super tentative maintenance, and they are constantly using rent money to make upgrades to the property and to the apartments, and a cheap rent too. Highly recommend!
