The new property manager is super helpful, nice, and very easy to work with! The maintenance guy, Bryan, has always gotten to us very quickly if we have any issues. Recently, our furnace wasn’t working in the evening, the very next morning he was there and was able to fix it for us. I also love the layout of the apartments and how much space we have. Having a washer and dryer provided to each apartment is a huge plus! It’s a great community and I feel very safe living there.

The new property manager, Claudia, has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Her communication is excellent. She responds quickly, keeps everything clear, and is always informative. Claudia made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and support.

My experience working with the property manager Claudia was amazing! I had a really negative experience at another apartment and she really showed me kindness and answered all of my questions and never made feel like a burden. The apartment complex is beautiful and well worth the price in unit laundry is amazing!

Moved here from Stoney Creek and what an UPGRADE!! Full size washer dryer and a dishwasher are game changers. It’s amazing. The new property manager is extremely nice too.
