First, I want to note that a large number of the positive reviews for this builder come from employees and their family members, which is misleading for prospective buyers who are looking for genuine customer feedback. My personal experience started off poorly. While Vivian was kind and well-intentioned, she consistently missed important details—especially with numbers—which ultimately caused me to lose the home and lot combination I originally wanted. The errors were frequent enough that I had to request a different representative. Since she was the only sales associate at that location, someone from another community had to step in. We absolutely love our new home! After being here a couple of months, I feel like I can give an honest and genuine review of this hidden gem. The buying experience was such a pleasure thanks to Vivian; she was always there to help with a smile on her face. The quality of the house itself is stellar and truly surpasses any other builder we’ve seen in Florida. Lol, seriously… we’ve seen them all! They have great prices , and value for anyone looking to buy a new home, with many floor plans to choose from, plus the option to customize your home to your liking. You must come by and visit the girls Jenn and Vivian this community has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!
