Eagles Point Apartments

These Apartments are perfect for me and my 5 year old son. As well as my cat Mr. Magic. The property is clean and very well maintanenced. The staff is caring and tentative at communicating with tenants and prospect tenants quickly. They are income restriced, and accept section 42 and section 8. Check first before applying to make sure you qualify- these are not market value apartments. The unit was immaculately clean and ready for me to move right on in. I can see myself staying here for awhile. After electric, my total cost to live here is about $820/ mo. For a 2 bdrm 1 bath upstairs, third- floor unit. The community is peaceful and quiet for the most part. My neighbors seem honest and fun to be around. Please call here if you think you might qualify! Awilda the Property Manager is awesom

Always do your walk through and check very carefully!! I trusted the apartment was cleaned because of how helpful the manager was. We didn't do the walk thru as a result when l went to move my stuff in l vacuumed first. Disgusting. The whole vacuum was full of dirt and hair cat food. NASTY. So l got a rug cleaner and what l got out of the carpet would of made you vomit!!. We had to totally reclean everything before we could move in . There was hair painted onto the baseboards of one room . I saved all of what I cleaned to show management butit didn't bother them in the least. So what it boiled down to was l had to totally clean this before we could move in with extra cost for movers and extra uhaul days. Please check very carefully!

I honestly enjoy living here the office manager is professional, on top of things and gets things fixed in a timely fashion. Currently, I am having issues with the central air not blowing out cold air in my apartment I won’t complain because we are in the spring months but I know the summer is surely gonna be coming and I’m on the top floor so on warmer days 60+ it gets pretty uncomfortable in my apartment but I’m sure they will get to the route of the issue if there is one I have no worries.

I love it there there are a few things that could be better but it's okay

They want far too much information right down to the make and model of my car. Will search elsewhere as many of the questions are irrelevant and discriminatory in nature.
