Eagleridge Homes Real Estate Development

I have found Eagleridge Homes to be great to work with. My son is living out of state and is having Eagleridge build his home. I have been the go between. Roger and Scott Fonda have answered any and all questions quickly and kept us up to date on the building progress. They listen to the input you have about the home and are happy to make suggestions if need be. The homes seem to be of higher quality than most you see and the best part is that you can customize it for your personal taste and needs! If you want a wonderful building experience I would not hesitate to recommend Eagleridge Homes!

I typically do not do reviews, however, I felt compelled to do a review on my Eagleridge Homes experince after working with them several times. I've worked with a myriad of builder's in Colorado not just in Pueblo. The entire process was seamless, very professional, timely and done with outstanding quality! Roger and Scott Fonda were on top of all phases and delivered as promised!

Overall a great experience. Rodger and Scott are great to deal with. They helped us Design the home we wanted, and the keep us up to date with everything, again great experience I would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom home!

The homes are beautiful. But I thought paying HOA would make the the neighborhoods look nice and neat. But they don't. Think the quality of the neighborhoods have gone down. Very sad used to be such a beautiful area but like the rest of Pueblo just being run down.
