Tomy and the maintenance crew are the best! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They do their very best to address any questions or work orders in a timely manner. The bedrooms and closets are a very decent size and the price is reasonable in comparison to other areas. Great place to live! Thank you guys for all you do :)

It's the most affordable, pet-friendly place to live in the area. The office staff are welcoming and patient they are always willing to address our needs. The maintenance crew do their very best to stay on top of work-orders and keep the grounds looking beautiful and safe.

Moving to the Eagle Villas was a good opportunity, I like the great costumer service and how the crew cares about my family. I also want to thank personally Mauro the maintenance for the work orders he has done to the apartment he is respectful and friendly.

Tomy, the best knowledgeable, kind and friendly leasing office manager I know. If you have a question he will always try his best to get it done as soon as he can. The events they have around the community are great for families! They have a very clean playground and surroundings. In the winter they keep as best as they can which is a plus since winter is here! The bedrooms and closets are a very decent size and was one of the things I greatly appreciated when I recently moved in. The price is reasonable in comparison to other areas. Great place to live! Daniel and Mauricio are Great!!! They work well together as a team. If you have an issue, fill out a work order and you will receive a prompt professional response. They will make your unit whole in every way. I am glad that they are here!
