Eagle Rock Apartments at Towson

Very nice apartment layout. I'm moving here from Fairfax, Virginia and I'm getting a much nicer space for relatively similar money. The staff is wonderful, and the location is great. The apartments are a very decent size, with enough room for two people plus an office space. I'm renting a two bedroom, two bath and it's nicer than anything I've been in there a while. We move in officially at the beginning of next week so I'll let you know more soon.

We appreciate the eagle rock apartment for their excellent service in helping us out in our new apartment. They go above and beyond especially to us who are new in the country. I’ve lived at this property for the past two years, and I’m honestly just relieved to be moving out. I wouldn’t recommend renting here , save yourself the time, money, and stress. Security is a big issue. Cars have been stolen right out of the parking lot, and packages and even license plates. Management never seems able to do anything about it. The entrances are always dirty, and the laundry rooms are not only gross but also feel unsafe. Maintenance is a whole other problem. There's always new people coming and going, and most of the time they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Tyrone, who came out for a bunch of repairs, almost never got things fixed right. If you care about your safety, peace of mind, or your belongings, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Enjoyed my time living here and would have renewed if it weren't for moving due to work. Apartment was clean and spacious, neighbors were friendly, maintenance was quick to respond to issues. Management staff was great! My only tiny complaint was the floors above me were very squeaky and I could often hear my upstairs neighbor! Not a major issue, but occasionally they would be moving around late at night when I was in bed. Overall 10/10 experience here

At the time of writing this review, I currently do not reside at Eagle Rock. However I recently toured a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment. I called only 2 hours before closing and was still treated with great care by staff. I was assisted by Aidden who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping me. Aidden took the time to answer my many questions without rushing things despite us only having less than an hour before closing for touring. The apartments are extremely spacious and I liked the pool and balcony from the master bedroom. Very affordable and also right across from the Trader Joe's. There's also a YMCA not too far either. Again I do not reside here so I cannot speak on how it is actually living here.
