Eagle Nest Apartments

I called and asked the owner how much a one-bedroom apartment was. He said they were all different prices. I asked if they were low income or something. He said they were. I asked if any of them were just regular apartments that anybody could rent and not have to be low income. I told him I don't qualify for low income I just need an apartment. He couldn't tell me how much a regular apartment rented for so he said to call his wife. I called his wife and she told me that the apartments at eagle's nest are $450 a month for a one bedroom and that at eagle's landing they were $550 a month. Apparently Eagles landing is the old Sayre hospital that this man converted into apartments. Why her husband didn't know this basic information on the price of the apartments is beyond me. Both my sister's lived here. They couldn't get them to fix anything one apartment had a ton of mold. The yard is filled with animal messes everywhere trash all over. They don't really seem to care about the appearance outside the apartments half of the lights outside don't work the apartment across from my sister's had a door kicked in broken windows at least a year with out being fix.
