Eagle Landing

I moved down in January of 2026, This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Amenities are great, Gym is open 24 hours, and the neighbors are great! Service calls are handled in a timely manner, and community events are great. If you are moving to the Southern Pines area I hardly recommend this complex. Ashleigh and Haven helped me with my moving process provided help getting me in contact with all of the power, and internet people. And made the process alot less stressful. Going to the front desk is a pleasure because everyone is so nice and caring! Move here!

The team at Eagle Landing is awesome! I love just stopping by to say hi because they are genuine, friendly, wonderful people. Move in was simple, despite being in a complicated situation, they worked through everything to make sure I was good and the apartment was good! The amenities are awesome, great mail/ package receiving options, year round pool, awesome gym with legitimate free weights and a free weight barbell, complimentary coffee and great common area with a full kitchen for hosting, putting green, playground, and trash service. It truly has everything you need! Highly recommend coming out to Eagle Landing for your next home.

Ashley at Eagle Landing is truly fantastic. She is incredibly welcoming and professional in the clubhouse, and she has made the planning of events hosted at the Club House completely seamless. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail make the entire process stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about creating a great experience. Highly recommend working with her! Plus, she is funny!

I have had the pleasure of touring the Eagle landing property recently as I am in the process of moving. One of the first things I noticed was the warm invite from the staff and the thorough knowledge of the business model of the company. Usually I’ve been meet with standard half hearted answers as if leasing agents were bothered to answer important questions. So thank you Ashley and Haven for being that awesome representation a company is lucky to have.
