Eagle Creek Apartments

I had a very good experience at the apartment office. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful during our visit. My cousin applied for an apartment, and everything was explained clearly, which made the process feel easy and welcoming. Odarys was especially attentive and made sure all of our questions were answered. Great service overall.

Dnt apply here they rip u off of administration fee an an application fee have id have birth certificate an know my social security number they want actuall card which I had to make appointment to get one nope I'm out of time and they want to start application all over again an charge yep u guess it application an administration fee all over again no thank u home is where u make it ill make it elsewhere highly don't recommend

They don’t deserve even one star, they got plenty of roaches, and then when you leave the apartment they do everything to get the security deposit. I left the apartment one month ago and they keep sending me the bill for the water bill…

I'd give it no stars. It's my second review. DO NOT RENT HERE. This apartment complex is the worst possible ever, at least the ones in Buford.

I don’t like it because the office managers are VERY rude and bratty and the apartment have ROACHES and SPIDERS they can’t even clean and they have a man to check your houses and they go into your rooms and just move stuff around and the woman are rude and that’s all I have to say.
