Evin was younger than I thought by the way his voice sounded on the phone. But by his professionalism and how much time he took in doing our inspection of the home we were buying to be a rental, he was very thorough and went to great lengths to not miss anything. I was even more thankful he had taken the time to obtain certification to do this job. Everyone else said, “oh you don’t have to be certified in the state of CA.” But Evin, took the extra step!
