I love living here, the community is amazing and it is so clean and safe. The leasing office is so kind and helpful. Sydney helped me find my apartment and she was great during move in and is always there to help. They really care about their residents and the upkeep of the property is truly something they prioritize.

I had the opportunity to view this amazing building and it was definitely something you would want to live in. There's a gym on the first floor, a rooftop deck that is awesome for entertaining, great staff and the apartments are great! Don't worry about finding roommates because they can do that for you. Each apartment comes fully furnished with a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots & pans, Keurig and even an Air Fryer. Check it out!

My previous review got deleted. I moved out of my apartment because of the poor leasing management provided. They will go above and beyond to make your experience difficult whenever you need something from them. They charged me for a minor countertop chip after I moved out. Beware and take photos of everything!!! They will try to take your money any chance they get.

I am a current tenant, and unfortunately, my experience with management has been very disappointing. When I first toured the apartment, I was told they accept emotional support animals, but wasn't told of their “one ESA pet per unit.” I submitted a reasonable accommodation request for my two emotional support cats, with full documentation from my licensed mental health provider. Instead of following HUD’s federal guidelines, management repeatedly cited this unwritten “policy” to deny my request. They even pressured me, my doctor, and their staff to join a Zoom call for an “interactive process,” which felt invasive and disrespectful of my privacy. This process has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. Renters should be aware that management has been uncooperative in handling my disabilit
