I lived in a unit of theirs for 14 months without a working oven. I had random maintenance people enter my apartment 6 times without notice, without permission (actually after saying no, do not come in) and “by accident”. The front desk people do not care about you, and the few that did are all gone. Said they gave notice for non renewal of lease and it’s a flat out lie to cover themselves. Horrible company.

Current resident. Previous management company was replaced and we haven’t received as much as a single communication from whomever took over.
