This place will add charges when you move even when you keep the place clean and pay rent the entire lease , I was without hot water for weeks with them and when I moved they said I owed them over a $1,000 . PLEASE RUN!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent from this agency they are very unprofessional they do not talk to you in a nice manner you ask questions about anything concerning your home or your money they get very nasty with you and will hang up in your face and then they will try to evict you with very short notice and tell you to talk it up with the court they do not take responsibility on none of their actions and will really get you for your money I DO NOT recommend this agency to anyone they are terrible. Then the homes they try to rent out are infested with roaches nothing was done properly with the home please do a very thorough walk through before even considering because once you sign that lease it's over.

Very rude and unprofessional both of the managers have horrible attitudes and no type of customer service.

Very rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service skills and do not know how to talk to tenants. Any time I’ve ever had a question they become very argumentative and will randomly add fees to your account. Do not recommend.

Very unprofessional and will not fix repairs will start an argument with their tenants when calling saying somethings wrong with their house. Also charge tenants for something that's been an issue in the house.
