Dylan At RiNo Apartments

We recently moved into our new home, and I wanted to reach out to share that we have had an excellent experience so far. In particular, I would like to commend Charmaine for her exceptional support throughout the process. She made our move-in incredibly easy, took the time to truly understand our needs, and was consistently helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Our dog, Lilly absolutely adores her too. We truly appreciate the high level of service we have received. Thank you!

Went through move in process recently, haven't lived in a community setting for quite some time, it's a great building. More importantly, Charmaine made it friction free and was real time responsive throughout the process, and 5 weeks in - same level of support. What a great ambassador for ownership. Well exceeded my expectations.

Though the Dylan is not where I landed, they were amazing to work with on my search! My tour guide was amazing, super knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and was honest. She didn’t oversell, she was clear and transparent, kind and I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience there. While it’s not where I landed, they clearly care deeply about their tenants!

Just did a tour at the Dylan, had an outstanding tour guided by Charmaine! She did an excellent job at answering questions, offering suggestions, and making the space feel like a welcoming community! She was very knowledgeable and amazing to talk to! She gathered all my floor plan cost breakdowns quickly and neatly! She even gave me a call back to check in with what I thought of the community and to let me know of a new apartment deal to make sure I was getting best offer! This building was one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I started my lease in August 2024 and when I arrived to pick up my keys, the property manager notified me that they needed to redo my shower as previous management did not maintain it and it would become an issue down the line if they didn’t fix it. At that point, I had driven across the country from South Florida and wanted it to be fixed ASAP so I was told they would start fixing it the next day and it would only take a 2-3 days. The shower ended up taking almost a full week and the contractor didn’t show up a few days, I had to use a bathroom in a different unit and could not fully unpack until that was complete.
