I wanted to rate this property higher, but several ongoing issues seriously affect the quality of living. The noise insulation is extremely poor, and you can clearly hear tenants above you. My upstairs neighbor is a loud college student who frequently parties, and this appears to be a widespread issue across the complex. I’ve contacted the office multiple times with no solution. There is also a constant smell of weed, even when trying to use the balcony. Nearby construction creates loud noise throughout the day, and units on the second floor or lower are affected by very bright exterior lights at night. The stairwells are often dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The gym looks appealing at first, but the equipment selection is very disappointing. They clearly cut corners—there

Beautiful apartment, spacious and brand new. Everyone in the leasing staff are friendly and genuine, they care about the residents and they have an excellent and prompt maintenance staff.Nice place to call home.I would have given it 5 stars but there is a lot of noise and it’s all the time, from loud tenants to noise that cannot be helped by 417- to the new construction. Tenant noise could be controlled better if they had more insulation between floors.

I would really like to give this more stars as I like a lot of things about this property but it's a major issue that you can not have peace and quite in your own place. The noise from the tenets above you can be quite unbearable. They promote extra sound proofing between floors but that is an absolute myth. If you have an active upstairs neighbor be prepared to deal with the noise and sleep with ear plugs. Yes I have contacted the office about this on multiple occasions with no resolution.

Do not live here if you’re looking for a quiet or family-friendly environment. This complex is dominated by college students who scream late into the night, smoke marijuana, and party constantly. My neighbor regularly screams and stomps around at 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The amenities are almost always unavailable because people from outside the complex frequently infiltrate and take them over. I’ve never had a fair chance to use the pickleball court. Overall, this is not a peaceful or well-managed place to live. this is my second review due to my first one being deleted for saying the truth DONT LIVE HERE - apartments are gray and ugly and the hallway is full of dead cockroaches

I’ve been living at Dwell Apartments for over 7 months, and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfect, the amenities are excellent, and it’s such a pleasure to come home to a peaceful, well-maintained community. Truly a great place to live!
